Hey there and salam to all.
Today I wanna share my thought about a local product that I have been using. It's the Safi Rania Gold Beauty Cream. Many companies are into nano and gold products nowadays. I believe in nano everything since it makes sense (smaller particles are easier to absorb hence will be more effective faster). But how is gold good for the skin? Gold helps to transport oxygen molecules directly into the skin, influencing cellular functions and providing a new energy level. This helps to revitalise and rejuvenate the skin. Pure gold actually helps to reverse oxidation damage, making the skin more firm, resilient and youthful (internet source but forgot the link..sorry guys)
So are there really pure gold in Safi Rania Gold Products? I don't know. 1 gram of gold now cost RM154, the cream is about RM7 to RM10 for 16 grams. So do the maths. But there are in nano, micriscopic, miniscule size so..ntahla...but as part of a notable brand (Unza), they should have gold in it even if it's only one nano, betul tak?
After a few weeks of using this, I found it very good at doing one thing. Mattifying my face. It is even better than my Biore and Loreal cream which promise to mattify but alas only for seconds. I use this cream before I put on my foundation like a primer. But I use it ever sparingly because if you put to much it can change the colour of your foundation.
So here's the rest of what I like about it.
PROS:
Cheap and easily attainable (kedai sebelah rumah pun ada jual)
Halalan toiyibban...certified halal.
Smells great! No kidding, but after spreading and blending, it smells like chalk (but I like it too)
Soaks up oil on face like a dream.
Anti aging properties (fight wrinkles, sagging of skin etc..)
CONS:
The texture is a bit thick and needs a little blending.
If you're putting make up after this cream remember to use only a little if not then lather away.
All and all, I do think it is worth checking out especially if you have oily skin. I also use this before I put on pressed powder (when I don't put foundation if I'm in a hurry) and it helps the powder to last longer.
So I hope this helps. Being cheap doesn't always mean low quality. Who knows you'll find a diamond in the rough.
Have a colourful day yea. Do share any thoughts with me ait.

cream ni light on skin tak? interested jugak sebab dia mattify
the cream itself is quite thick. but after a good blending it comes off pretty light. If i'm not mistaken there are also pearl powder in it. I think that's where the mattifying effect comes from.
mattifying?hmm hmm..might come in handy ^^ thanks for the tips and review, miss syukur! =D
