Itch reviews: Elianto Natural Mineral Fixing Powder

Another review :) Today it's going to be a pressed powder. I had exhausted my ELF Complexion Perfection, not wanting to wait for sprees, I went out to buy a new compact powder for touch ups. I have been wearing this for almost a month now and wanted to share my views on it.

Product being reviewed today is the Elianto Natural Mineral Fixing Powder.

As like all Elianto products, they come in cute boxes and packaging. The powder has a cute box but the actual thing comes in a boring two toned brown coloured case. Looked a bit cheap, but the locking system is quite okay. I do think that it will come loose one of these days but it is yet to happen.

At first, I thought that it would look too light on my skin ,but when it is blended, it matches my skin tone without looking weird or whitish. The texture of the powder is very fine and smooth, also silky to the touch.

 Alright, here's what the product claims it can do.

It is not 100% water resistant, but what I like is it does help your foundation sets beautifully and last longer. I have worn this through 3 open houses (raya gatherings) in one day, and I barely need to touch up. I was surprised myself! And when I do touch up with this, it kinda makes the make up look better, REALLY! I used a large fluffy brush to apply this, but I have also used the puff it comes with. Turns out okay also.

So here's my final say

PROS:
Helps set foundation better.
Helps make up stay fresh longer.
Instantly refreshes make up for touch ups.
Good oil control
Has water resisting properties.
Has anti aging ingredients.

CONS:
Not many shades available (I think only two)
No SPF
Locking system may become loose after a while

Do I recommend this? YES! I love it. It's better than ELF Complexion Perfection and not heavy as most pressed powder I have used before. It is now a permanent resident in my purse :) You guys can purchase this at any Elianto outlets. Retails RM 39.00 for 10 grams of product which is quite affordable too.
